Hey Carrie! As far as I can gather, it seems like we are supposed to have a project that the students can do that involves staying healthy, yeah? I think that exercise would be the most relevant. Eating can be tricky with different cultures, allergies, etc. Perhaps the students could set up some sort of obstacle course, that involves many different forms of exercise (i.e. yoga at one stop, running at the next, jumping jacks at the next, etc). Does that make sense? Let me know your thoughts!
